Are you getting aches and pains in your joints? You’re in the pink of health, exercise regularly but yet you suffer from knee and shoulder pains?
If you’ve answered ‘YES’ to either questions, then you’ll need to learn about joint health and mobility in this special workshop.
How you do your exercises is important and even in our daily lives, we can do simple exercises to prevent those aches and pains from flaring up.
In this 1-hour workshop, you’ll learn:
- What is joint mobility and health
- Why joint mobility is important – especially for younger people who are working out
- Simple 5-10 minute exercises that you can do at home to improve joint mobility
This 1-hour workshop is conducted by Lay Yong of BodyTree GST, which was just awarded the Fitness Best Maverick Asia Award 2017 in May.
This workshop is limited to 30 persons and attendees are advised to bring their own towel. No equipment required.
All workshops are held at our Festival Venue.
